6. Payments
Payments for all services offered by ThinksPro Learning will be processed securely through Xendit. Xendit handles all aspects of payment processing, including credit card payments, fraud prevention, and transaction security. ThinksPro Learning does not store any payment details.
All payments for courses and services are required in full at the time of purchase. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change at any time. Payments are accepted through Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and other payment methods that ThinksPro Learning may support.
7. Refunds Policy
• Eligibility for Refunds: You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of the purchase date, provided that less than 10% of the course has been accessed.
• Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds will not be granted for the following:
o Courses where substantial progress (more than 10%) has been made.
o Issues related to the user’s internet connection, technical difficulties, or incompatible devices.
o A change of mind after accessing course content.
• Refund Processing: If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days and will be returned to the original payment method used during purchase.

8. Chargebacks
In cases of chargebacks or payment disputes, Xendit’s dispute resolution process will govern the proceedings. ThinksPro Learning will cooperate fully with Xendit, providing any necessary information, such as access logs and transaction history, to resolve disputes. Any fees or penalties resulting from chargebacks will be governed by Xendit’s policies.

• Chargeback Consequences: Initiating a chargeback without prior communication with ThinksPro Learning may result in the suspension or termination of your account. Repeated chargebacks or fraudulent claims may also lead to legal action.
• Evidence in Chargebacks: ThinksPro Learning reserves the right to provide evidence, including login activity, course access records, and transaction history, to the credit card issuer in the event of a chargeback dispute.
